David W. Pijor, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of FVCbank, in organization, announced Patricia A. Ferrick has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining FVCbank (I.O.), Ms. Ferrick had been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Potomac Bank of Virginia, Fairfax, Virginia from June 2005 to May 2007. From 2000 to 2004, Ms. Ferrick was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Southern Financial Bancorp, Inc., Warrenton, Va. until its merger in 2004 with Provident Bank when she was Senior Vice President – Investor Relations.
