Virginia Banking Veteran to Open Springfield Branch in November

FVCbank (“FVCbank”), a commercial bank headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia, announced its second and final closing on the sale of its common stock. The total number of shares sold in the offering is 1,622,936, at an offering price of $13.50 per share, for gross proceeds of approximately $21.9 million. The offering was effected through the efforts of the directors and executive officers of FVCbank, with the assistance, on a best efforts basis, of BB&T Capital Markets, a division of BB&T Securities, LLC, as lead sales agent, and Sandler O’Neill + Partners, L.P., as sales agent.
The proceeds of the offering will be used by FVCbank to support its lending, deposit taking and investing activities, to support its growth and expansion and for general corporate purposes.
