Community bank partners with regional nonprofit and aims to raise donations and awareness

FAIRFAX, Va. — FVCbank (OTCBB: FRCV) announces the addition of Marc A. Erazo, serving as vice president and commercial loan officer for the bank’s commercial lending department. Erazo offers specialized expertise in SBA lending – the newest tool in FVCbank’s progressive line of small business and government contracting financial solutions – helping small businesses, startup companies and existing businesses expand and grow through a variety of loan programs.

In his role, Erazo will focus on building relationships with businesses at a variety of stages. Through his expertise in the SBA Loan Programs, Erazo will be able to demonstrate alternatives to customers who do not qualify for a conventional loan. As a seasoned professional, Erazo is committed to helping business clients obtain proper financing to grow and expand their operations, purchase real estate, equipment or access lines of credit, which may include government guaranteed programs such as the 504 Program for purchasing an owner-occupied industrial or commercial building or fixed assets, the 7(a) Program for access to other resources for special requirements, or the SBA Microloan and Disaster Loan Programs.
Throughout Erazo’s nearly 30-year banking career, he consistently held positions with financial institutions throughout Maryland and Virginia. Erazo, most recently served as vice president and SBA relationship manager for EagleBank, a Maryland-based bank with offices in Maryland, D.C. and Virginia. Erazo also worked as vice president and commercial relationship manager at Sandy Spring Bank, following running his own mortgage company, Global Finance Company.
