For Immediate Release — February 26, 2008
David W. Pijor, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, announced the Virginia Bureau of Financial Institutions has granted permission to open the Bank’s second full service banking facility at 7900 Sudley Road, Manassas, Va. 20109. Mr. Pijor stated, “We are pleased with the expeditious approval. The Sudley Tower has been home to many banks and a great opportunity to build on that tradition. We have begun the process to modernize the office. In addition to remodeling the interior office and teller platform, the Bank will move the ATM to the third drive in lane and upgrade the drive up facility. It’s all part of making our customers banking experience the best it can be.”
Mr. Riley, President and Chief operating Officer, said “The 4,700 square foot office will incorporate a state-of-the-art banking facility with our Prince William County Regional Executive Officer, Gary English and his business development team. We’re very pleased to have Gary and Christine Rowe, Vice President, on board and leading our efforts in Prince William County. We are currently interviewing candidates for positions in the Prince William County market.”
Mr. English indicated the opening date for the banking office would be second quarter 2008. In the meantime, Mr. English and his team would operate a Loan Production Office in Sudley Tower.
